St. Petersburg high schoolers (grades 10–12) can now apply for the Canvas to Career Film & Media Academy. Presented by the Sunscreen Film Festival and the City of St. Petersburg, this hands-on program transforms students into real-world production crews.

You will write, pitch, direct, and edit an original short film from concept to completion alongside industry peers. No prior experience is required—just a passion for storytelling and creative collaboration.
