Gypsy has 28 years of experience leading and supporting the development of innovative solutions for economic equity. She works at the intersection of equity-related policy, practice, advocacy and media through her dual roles as CEO of UMA and its parent, the Power Broker Media Group. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government with dual concentrations in Political & Economic Development and International Trade & Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Liberal Arts from the Whitney Young College of Leadership at Kentucky State University.
