Among Carl's many accomplishments are the James Jordan Family Life Center in Chicago ( with Michael Jordan ) , the Royal Theatre St Petersburg Florida ( with Angela Bassett ) , the Center of Health Equity St Petersburg, and the CARES $30 million COVID 19 response with Pinellas County Government. Carl is the former Co-CEO of the largest Philanthropic Foundation in Tampa Bay, The Foundation For A Healthy St Petersburg, a Hospital Conversion Foundation. Carl served eleven years on the Allegheny Franciscan Foundation Board of Directors, and several community based Board of Directors, including the 2020 Plan for poverty reduction in St Petersburg Florida.
