Proud two-time graduate of Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Master of Business Administration. With more than 35 years of experience in business, she has specialized in budgeting, product development, strategic planning, project management, and diversity initiatives. A committed community advocate, Ms. Reddick credits her uncle, Horace Nero of the Courageous Twelve, as a lifelong inspiration. She is an active member of Mt. Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, where she serves in the choir and adult dance ministry, and a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
