Every day, about 12 people die in the United States, waiting for an organ transplant. Black Americans are disproportionately affected by organ failure, making up 27% of the U.S. transplant list while accounting for only 14% of the population.

Please join us November 10th to learn more about local needs and resources around organ health and donation. We'll talk about chronic disease – and how it shows up in organ donation/transplant stats, systemic inequities that have deepened challenges, and what we can do now to create a healthier tomorrow.
